Founder, and Head Engineer of Klockwise, Kayla Klockler is trained in various facets of audio engineering. At the age of 11 years old, Kayla embarked on her musical journey. Following her discovery of home recording and all of its wonders; A fascination in understanding the minutiae of acoustics blossomed. Pursuing a career in audio became her obsession. Kayla started playing the drums at age 10, and began learning guitar, bass, and piano short after. During her time in high school she was in various bands and studied in marching band playing the marching tenor drums. After two years of studying Audio Engineering at Five Towns College on Long Island, Kayla soared across the country, landing in Arizona to further her education at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences (CRAS). It was there she earned all of her certifications, honed her craft and developed a rock-solid understanding of sound theory. Upon graduation, Kayla interned and worked at Hyperbolic Audio, a NYC post production house specializing in ADR/Voice over Recording. Working on notable projects such as: -Google AI Voice -Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores DLC -Allen Wake 2 -My Magic Friend Morphle After the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike, Kayla turned to Music Production once again with newly added skills learned during her time in post production. In 2023, Kayla formed the all girl rock group 'She The People' with the band being produced, recorded, and mixed by her. Check out her drumming and engineering on She The People's music.
